Miguel Garcia

Hailing from the streets of Mexico City, Garcia has been a force in SoCal fashion, with 2 super hot locations in Beverly Hills in RCNSTRCT Studios and U.S Alterations, a luxe consignment and re-imagination studio with celebrity stylist partner Candie Weitz. And he achieved all this from a skateboard and a dream. An avid and acclaimed skater, he toured the world doing skate shows and tournaments in his youth, and brought with him a love of street culture and lifestyle, which manifested itself in the form of fashion design. His original brick and mortars, BARRACUDA, and Blue Demon Botique, were Los Angeles cool kid staples, where artists, fashion heads, skaters and musicians gathered, tagging walls and dropping fashion capsules together in a no holds barred, off the wall galleria. With Weitz, he reinvented a huge 2 floor locale on Melrose in LA, where he would purchase old US Military uniforms and remix them. He made them street, and she flexed more in the vein of class and luxe. Miggy is considered a pioneer for countless reasons, but we consider him our brother.
